Sorry, I am not yet well versed in the use of TradingView. Not sure what I need to do to resolve that issue. Any suggestions?
You can replicate the chart I created yourself rather easily though.
Create a new TradingView chart using any altcoin to begin. Then go to the bottom right corner and change the right side scale to 'percent change'.

Now start adding additional altcoins using the 'compare' button on the top left side of the screen.

Doing the above, this is a screen shot of what I created -
Looking at the above chart, you may notice ICP appears to be making a break from the pack to join the other two higher risers, LUNA and QNT. I am watching that one.
