I examined their profiles on Linked In and they are one of the same conmen and why Chung got such a sweet deal with such a lack of experience.

240K isn’t squat in CA and those 2.5MM shs aren’t going anywhere unless he gets the price up. If he moves shares out, or buys shares up, his history says all anyone needs to see.

As for Chinese CEO’s getting arrested, the “State” was also seizing their companies at the same time and the majority of the time it was because those CEO’s were enjoying their capitalism to the extent they were pushing democratic ideologies. That didn’t happen here.

Communism is scared shitless of democracy when those in control don’t want to share wealth or power, so they obviously destroy anyone who challenges that, no matter how successful they are. In a way, unfortunately, that’s also not the case here.

One thing TC does want is to make money and 240K won’t make him rich, but moving the share price up, no matter how it’s done, will. If they can’t get it with revenues, watch the “news.”
