I did not get the 150 vs 300 argument and how it is OK.

Playing the devil's advocate here - why would anyone pay 150 for a stock that is 20.

On the other hand, is 150 worth it, when the competition, banking only on AD was (not too long ago) close to 140. (whatever be the reason). Yeah we understand that is about MC etc. but then one has to account for pipeline, progress etc. too.

Let us see how it goes. If there is a buyout at 150, given a choice, I would reject it; should it go through complaining won't help either.
