Yes, easy to make mistakes...But, what is easier is fixing ALL of those mistakes (waterfall, etc.) now that UOIP won the case and hundreds of millions to billions of dollars are won and allow sharehoders get their fair share too. It is called sanity.

obviously sloppy and riddled with inconsistencies, holes, poor judgment, etc
