A lot can happen over 5 years. I'm just saying BC was not on his own in regards to his previous success with IP litigation. Maybe that inexperience played a factor here and he dropped the ball...or made some bad calls. That's all I'm saying. Rookies aren't bad players, just inexperienced. There is a difference. Once again, this is just my opinion I'm sharing.
