Why would he need to PR it? That would come off as fluff! He said when it will be paid and it should show up in the fins which according to PR’s should be audited so as to Uplist. No need to PR it in my opinion. I have bought more and held my original millions of shares for a long time. So as a True Long Shareholder, no need to PR receipt of the initial payment unless Dr Otiko has more info than that to add to the PR. JMHO.
