After years of online research, and learning exactly how the Rockefellers and Carnagies, etc., set up this current system of hospitals, doctors, and drugs, I am more convinced than ever that for just about every physical, and possibly mental issue, too, there's a natural solution....be it from the ocean, plants, roots, and stems, or simply an abundance of oxygen.

Proper attention to nutrition, avoidance of certain immune system destroyers, like simple sugars, and over all life style, will allow the body to prevent, and/or, treat/cure, most maladies.

The standard American diet is the wrong fuel for the human body. We weren't
really meant to, or designed to, subsist and thrive on ice cream bars, chips/fries, soda, candy bars, cake and cookies. ultra-processed meats, and , well, junk. Like trying to run a gasoline engine on axle grease for fuel.

Surgery....now, that has evolved greatly. However, a pill for everything, a ill for the side effect, and one for that side effect, followed by a Class Action lawsuit....not the way to go sometimes?
