The answer is no because harvest has never been properly planned. They have no one on staff that understands this. Look at the systems fourfold. Water treatment, production, harvest and processing. Harvest is taking the shrimp out of the tanks, placing them in some sort of transportation medium and shipping. The company's processing plan does not exist because they have always planned to use outside processors. Mark my words. They will conclude that it isn't a viable plan and they will have to eventually process on premises. That means add large commercial freezers, production lines, IQF etc.
