Alll means Also placebo, it would suggest that the exclusion criteria or good overall teatment is the reason and not necessarily DCVax-L .. so therefore such a statement is not necessarily positive .. it could be .. but it could just as well suggest that there is no separation between treatment and control arm ... and since they have now changed endpoints as they have, that is probably the most plausible explanation .. and yes it is definitely due to the large number of crossover patients but it does not necessarily make such a statement more positive. .
