Mining permits do not take decades to be approved. Mines I have worked for do not try to get all of their permits for areas they plan to mine at once. Furthermore the type of mining they will be doing can be started in a reasonable amount of time. Throw in the company’s other business deals and this is a no brainer buy under $1. Only a matter of time to start bringing in big revenue.
