Concerns? What they issued is fraudulent. Publicly traded companies cannot issue multi-billion dollar valuations for in-ground resources without doing any exploration or a feasibility study. There is no evidence that the Sage Hen claims are even valid.....according to the BLM database, all of the Sage Hen claims are inactive (invalid).

I can't even tell from their PR if the claims are lode claims or placer claims. None of it makes any sense. They claim to not use any chemicals and it is all environmentally friendly....but then they talk about using chemicals. Which is it?

And permits? It takes a decade or more to permit and develop a mining operation of the size they are talking about. That assumes there is anything worth mining, which they have yet to prove. Not a single drill hole? That video with a guy shoveling into a shale outcrop? Is that it?

Typical Chaffee mining scam.
