Too bad that the FACT of the matter is - I just PROVED that DBMM is non-compliant and NOT "up-to-date" using FACTUAL info, published by the arm of the SEC (Div of Corp Fin's) that determines if a company is ACTUALLY COMPLIANT. Here is a link to that post:
