That kind of volume, Sept 28 deadline, and yes, perhaps as you say there are situations where big s/s can be useful in setting up mergers & acquisitions. Certainly food for thought ty.

The volume alone tells me something's coming. That's no MM game and the previous dip may have been various groups getting loaded for news. The whole thing is sure as hell not gonna end on Sept 28, so yeah, filing may come & we could be crazy close. 8 weeks is nothing imo get ready...
