Totally incorrect.

This is non-compliant, according to the SEC Div of Corp Fin's. This is verified by many of the SEC's legally published documents on the Proceedings page.

How in the world anyone can state that DBMM is compliant/up-to-date, when the arm of the SEC that DETERMINES whether or not a company IS compliant in their filings SAYS THEY ARE NOT??

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
