Q1: 1,003,146 * $140.94 = $141.4m
Q2: 1,139,360 * $137.36 = $156.5m

My Net Profit Margin is at Breakeven because of continued restraint in Total Operating Expenses that equal Net Sales. I make no account for diluted vs. undiluted shares. I'm just estimating 410m shares outstanding as an average. The key as always is the estimated Revenue/Rx which I've placed at $137.36. See the chart below showing historical Rev/Rx and the trend line. $137 falls directly on the line.
