Really, cause that requires SCAMydx to actually file SEC documents.

623 day since the last filling...back in Nov'19.

Oh yeah, and there are no executives working at SCAMydx to sign-off on SEC fillings. Yazbeck quit as CEO.

Can't move back to pink without current documents. And since those aren't yet filled, SCAMydx can't even request re-instatement.
