Ok, the assumptions are 1. the Naked Shorts were trapped here when it went CE, 2. They are up to date and waiting on a ruling via SEC to determine if the Judge that ruled in favor of no punishment/delisting will be upheld, 3. The ruling of the judge agrees that they are up to date and PINK will happen as soon as the review is done, 4. if this goes back pink the Shorts will be squeezed like a B*@%h.

These are all assumptions and IMO this is a lotto ticket so play it as if you could lose everything, wait, this is the OTC you should always play as if you could lose everything! IMHO as always.
