... The Company had already been using Buy-Back programs way, way, way, back prior to the 2008' cabal ... and in their own words, ... "Predecessor Operational Protocols" ... So, The Company's Having a Buy-Back Program Is Not Anything New For Us' ...
So, ... In My Opinion ? ... LOL' ... I believe "WE" will experience "Another', Outstanding COOP Share' Corrective Event" ... ? ... as the Buy-Backs are also in play ...
