Shell has a largely environmentally benign extraction process developed, but it has yet to undergo large scale testing. They think that it will produce oil competitive with $20/barrel pricing. Because of technical, legal, and environmental issues, we're probably a decade away from scale extraction. Within 20 years, Rand thinks we can produce 1 million barrels/day. Within 30 years, we can produce 3 million barrels/day
Makes USSE a no brainer.....plus its "on top " of the soil...doesnt have to extracted .....
