So after every CC henry has had PPS has taken a massive dip. Everyone seems to lose there mind because they didn't hear what they wanted to, and than 2 weeks later PPS is moving up, some new news is released, and everyone is a huge PHIL fan again.

PHIL has come a long way in the 2 years I have been here, we all know henry sucks at delivering during CC's. Let the storm settle and see if he delivers in a week or 2 with this PR.

1 billion in rough cut diamonds a year is a lot of money. PPS does not reflect at all even if this is only half true.
