Anybody buying or holding large amount of publicly traded shares exceeding 5% of outstanding shares must disclose it to SEC on a monthly basis. But there is none to be found for PHIL. So who bought 19 bilion of $PHIL shares in a buyback mentioned here and on the CC and is not reporting it? Sorry, but you guys are deluded and/or misinformed. Most likely on purpose. See following:
