Did the transparency of prices from this Auction, force Benchmark Mineral, to make a deal with The Wall Street Journal?

"Benchmark Mineral Intelligence introduces #Battery & #ev raw materials prices to The Wall Street Journal "

Team Benchmark is delighted to be able to bring a handful of base battery raw material prices to the mainstream.

> BMI Lithium Carbonate, EXW China, =99.2%-v,k
> BMI Lithium Hydroxide, EXW China, =56.5%,-v,k
> BMI Cobalt Sulphate, EXW China, 20.5%,-v,m
> BMI Nickel Sulphate, EXW China, 22%,-v,m
> BMI Flake Graphite, FOB China, -100 Mesh, 94-95%,-v,m

My comment:

“The Wall Street Journal was first published in 1889 yet we are delighted at Team Benchmark to be able to introduce its first ever battery and EV metals section to its world famous Commodities price and data pages both in print and online.

“Unlike anyone else, Benchmark’s prices for #lithium , #nickel , #cobalt and #graphite are truly embedded in the work-flow of our industry."

“Offering these five base prices to The Wall Street Journal’s mainstream audience continues our commitment to transparency and growing awareness of the lithium ion battery supply chain as this energy storage revolution gathers pace."

------------
Benchmark’s subscribers will continue to get full access to the detailed price assessments which includes our world class analysis and price and indices data that is used to negotiate and settle battery and EV supply chain contracts.

These services will continually expand in both regularity of prices and detail. More big news to come in Q3 and Q4.
