In my opinion, Anavex MOA acts as solid upstream CNS protection/therapy. I do think that the root cause of an individuals Alzheimer’s disease (AD has many root causes) my benefit from a combination of Anavex and another drug with specialties towards that root cause.

For example: if ones Alzheimer’s was caused by oral bacteria, a combination of CRTXs drug and Blarcamesine would likely reap great benefit from a wide sweeping therapeutic effect (AVXL) and specialized targeting (CRTX).
