Looking form the outside (being a lay person in Law) - In all the debates that has been about the Nevada patent Case - I have not seen any 'knowledgeable person in Law' support the Judge Du ruling - not One'.

Completely neglecting - the serious work of other, in the subject much more qualified authorities' eg. in qualifying patents (which is a complicated process).

Some say Nevada ruling was Political (generics is generally cheaper) - others say that the Judge were just making a name for herself - not really knowing - the deep scientific subject she was being asked to rule upon.

Lets hope AC will finally accept Marjac Rule60 filing and set things straight :)
