One huge error in his assessment IMO:

On May 28th when Michael Lebby gave us the 2021 ASM video, there were 103 million shares outstanding. Since then and during the run up to $17 per share, the OS total increased by 4 million shares.

Using various dollar amounts as the average price when sold:

$3.00 * 4,000,0000= $12,000,000.00 plus $6,500,000 = $18,500,000.00
$4.00 * 4,000,0000= $16,000,000.00 plus $6,500,000 = $22,500,000.00
$5.00 * 4,000,0000= $20,000,000.00 plus $6,500,000 = $26,500,000.00
$6.00 * 4,000,0000= $24,000,000.00 plus $6,500,000 = $30,500,000.00
$7.00 * 4,000,0000= $28,000,000.00 plus $6,500,000 = $34,500,000.00

The last of these sales went through on around July 20th when the share price was around $10 per share. The share price was generally at or well above $8 per share from June 23rd until July 20th.

IMO, LWLG obviously layered the sales out and we have at least $30 to $35 million in cash reserves.
