The float being bought up is a bigger indicator than the evaluation.

Volume precedes price. I expect 1 or 2 more days of over a billion share volume, before it ultimately pops on low volume - which is weird, but essentially the big volume days buy up the float, once float is mostly bought up, small volume raises price drastically.
