I would agree. Like Henry said... you either get a higher share price... or higher buy back volume. Can't have it both ways at the same time. He clearly has a fixed number in his head for what he wants the O/S to be at and if he can't get it done through buy back... there are other alternatives that are less desirable. Buy back FIRST. THEN higher share price.

IMO, no one should be sweating the low share price right now. Don't get upset because this stock isn't moving according to your time table. There is a plan. You're going to be a lot happier both short and long term if you just sit and wait it out. Patience pays dividends. Literally.
