Wolf, for every hour you can increase the fast, say for instance 12-7pm your body finds and eats more “bad stuff”. Also by eating earlier before bedtime your body processes the food and puts the “tools” on the shelf all ready for your body to use. When we go to sleep after eating late we struggle to break down and process the food instead of usi g this time to heal and repair the body.
