It was in the 8K filed in December. They hide it in this big long re-org plan and it is spelled out in only a few sentences. I have seen other bankrupt companys do this, so when I saw they posted their re-org plan, I read through it to see what they were doing with their stock. Not all cancel shares, but most do. Even Winn Dixie (WNDXQ) when they re-org, cancelled everything and started fresh...and what sucks is nothing can be done.

I lost a bunch on this company too because I sold out in the beginning of Jan. I guess I could have waited until yesterday, but they sneak that "effective date" up on you and I didn't want to take any chances.
