Here's the thing, did Henry tell us the buyback was cancelled?

Did he tell us that ADE isn't going to happen?

If you take the emotion out of the equation, you realize that the CEO publicly confirmed that he is working with broker/dealers and individuals in negotiated buyback deals, which can now finalize b/c of current status. When that happens (blocks of shares on the books) we will know. (8k's as they come?)

The CEO also confirmed that Asia Diamond Exchange is in progress, we have rough diamond commitments in fact, and major known international players in the diamond trade are on board.

OK, it was verbal. So you have to assume
a.) it's true
b.) he's lying
c.) he's not lying, and his intentions are good, but it will fall through and no way it will happen

We do have dd that increases our odds he's not lying, and that it's not going to fall through. Could it? Sure, but what we don't have RIGHT NOW is dd suggesting failure, therefore at this point c.) would be FUD.

b.)? Everything so far Henry's said has come true, even if the timeline's been longer than expected. I, for one, don't have direct evidence of lying yet.

Therefore we are left with a.) which means we are at the literal beginning stages of a diamond exchange and all of the implications of that. Pretty good news.
