As I said, the FDIC must first close all receiverships, before that, definitely nothing will happen. Even if any theories and desired dates for potential payouts are mentioned again and again.

These are pure fantasies. One dreams from appointment to appointment. First it was last year because the NOLs are in use. Then they fantasized about interest payments, cumulated over 51 quarters. Now the present day has been mentioned ...

And what happened? Nothing. And no so many appointments can be named and determined, nothing happens.

The tip of the scales is the FDIC, even if many here do not want to admit it.
