I will address your point(s):

#1- RGBP investors may sell before August 13, 2021, and since the new/existing investors cannot buy it will reduce the liquidity and momentum of the stock.

#2- RGBP investors may sell before September 28, 2021, and since the new/existing investors cannot buy it will reduce the liquidity and momentum of the stock.

There's no question in my mind that both of the above two points you made is going to occur to some extent. How much, no one knows. It will predictably occur of course out of FEAR created by the Naked Short Selling of Counterfeit Shares by the Market Makers.

BUT keep in mind that this is what their BIG STEAL END GAME is all about; to make massive amounts of money at Retail Investors loss and expense due to SELLING out of the fear they created resulting in investors handing them over ALL their Shares which at some point the MMs will BUY at Market at the artificially suppressed PPS they manipulated, then Sell for massive profits upon the REVERSAL that's definitely forth coming!

So from my perspective and personal strategy is to BUY into the bleeding PPS amplified by retail investors selling out of fear which no doubt is going to occur for the reasons you stated, and the MMs know this as well. Those who don't wish to buy into the bleed should HOLD.

Just know that RGBP Investors that SELL their shares out of fear, they're playing into MM's ploy to steal their shares at their loss to the MMs gain.

My final take: Long RGBP Investors should know what they own. I'm one of them!
