Ah ok. Actually I perhaps posted that on the wrong board but really $HVBT, $HUT; & $BITF have the same group of posters more or less.

The reference was to Jeff "Bozo" Bezos publicity and BItcoin manipulation stunt over the past week.

On their own website Amazon posted a job listing (https://www.amazon.jobs/en/jobs/1644513/digital-currency-and-blockchain-product-lead) for a Cryptocurrency/Blockchain Guru. The posting, as planned, sparked a firestorm of speculation that Amazon was entering the Crypto Space. Articles quoting (yes, quoting, with "marks" )Amazon spokespeople were reported by any and all. Bitcoin spiked to $40k, "supposedly" on the reports. Amazon, and from here foreword to be referred to as simply, and "Bozo" remained silent for one week allowing speculation run wild. Then a week later Bozo must have read one of these reports and exclaimed, "Sacrebleu! what is this?" Their rapid response PR team jumped into action, a week later, to dispute everything that had been reported. Even Stevie Wonder saw thru the ploy. (You know there's been a rumor going around for years that he can actually see? There are some examples presented as evidence. Examples of him doing/saying things that do not jive with a blind person.)

So getting back to my post, I was trying to point out that the Market bought the rumor, and did not sell the denial indicating everyone is sure Amazon is going to enter the space big time. I mean really, in my naïve opinion, what took 'ya so long? They should have jumped in years ago. In fact I seem t recall that years ago there was some kind of statement coming out of Amazon Central that they were considering it. I can't find any information on that yet.

Bozo and Muskrat turn my stomach with their narcissistic and selfish behaviour. For some reason Branson doesn't offend me, must be the sophisticated accent!!!


So, yeah, I remember Firesign Theater!!! I just read their Wikipedia entry. Interesting, now I know where the name came from. I'm surprised I had never heard of that radio station Radio Free OZ before being a child of the era myself. The World didn't turn out the way we envisioned back then, did it?

When I have some time I'm going to get into my Way Back Machine, with my trusting boy, Sherman, and listen to some of their old recordings.

You know it would have been so much cooler if find out that Bozo was on the flight after it happened and skip the pre-flight Hype.

And the Cowboy hat? Something strange about that being he is not a wearer of hats, and it obviously did not fit him. Maybe he picked up some alien growth on his noggin'?

Obama once remarked when being prompted to adorn his noggin' with a totaly inappropriate piece of headgear, Presidents should never put anything on their heads.

So true, remember Michael Dukakis sticking his head out of a M1 Abrams with a helmet on??
