Anyone know about David Lazar and Custodian Ventures LLC?

ANAS looks interesting. Shell with $2.5M cap and 72M shares. I think 50M of those shares will go away once Lazar sells the shell (down by the sea shore).

He's also the custodian of OOGI (love saying OOGI) but it was nearly 2B shares and an $80M market cap. It's been sold to Arthur Li of Hunthall Limited. It be a Chinese company I think. Usually no bueno there.
