Thank you for this DD. I had to parse all the way through Dr. Pazdur’s words to determine what he was saying.

As it is relevant here, yes I agree he is suggesting:

1. closing the book on CI monotherapy for GBM.
2. clearly seems in line with IDH division for therapeutic need, even though he did not specifically mention it, we know it’s the first definitional change for GBM in many years.
3. Still believes immunotherapy could provide some near-term non-negligible efficacy improvements in GBM.
4. Long term belief we attack various molecular subtypes by understanding them all at a basic theoretical level, but he realizes this is out in the future and patients currently need something more than is available on the commercial market right now.
