Do I release the documents found and blow the buyback out of the water in turn possibly causing a RS for longs? Or do we sit back and wait?

The main question everyone complained about is the buyback.

If you go on the reports for the brokers you can pull what they did. There are transaction sheets to confirm xyz happen.

The 2nd question everyone complained about is vinafilms revenues.

What I found was the revenues excel sheet from the local tax payer office in Vietnam. The links I have provided in the past will lead investors to the local Vietnam government portal. Anyone can download the excel, translate it and see it has business names, dates, owners and revenues for all companies, etc. and it's listed per Provence on the sheet. We have nothing to worry about for vinafilms as they are producing revenues. The question I have always had is what does Henry take to Phil the company as he is only 51% owner.

Like Henry said it’s a delicate situation and while they are getting blocks of shares returned he can’t disclose to much.

On the 5th the finra report updates and that will give us a better picture of what we are dealing with.

I’m confident when that report hits zero we will be notified of the buyback totals. Henry has until December to announce the buyback.

Many said leaving the cc that the buyback won’t be done until December. They miss understood. He has until December to make it happen. That is our time table.

Again not happy after waiting two years to hear of the many great things but Henry got upset investors where drawing on the screen on the zoom call. They were loading the chat with bashing and he cut the call short. Normally those calls go an hour or longer. For the slide show we didn’t even get half way through before he stopped.
