So, I realize how "childish this is to display", but here is the FINRA confirmation I received TODAY!

So, there is Soooo much noise and accusations out there, especially accusing me of all kinds of things. Please remember, this is and WAS a voluntary decision that I presented, (as a majority shareholder) to create and pay out an "award" to our loyal and VERY patient shareholders. I wanted to do this, because all shareholders, (and yes myself included), had to go through a few rough years and moments while we waited to get back on track, especially OTCPK "Current status". So now, along with this dividend, we can roll out a lot of things that I had to keep back and stay "conservative" in my announcements so that we can get "approved".
And finally, while we are preparing to release an official PR for tomorrow, cause we now also have an established "pay out date", I just wanted to thank all those who stayed calm and believed in our plans. I also, wanted to tell all those who were constantly filing reports and complaints to FINRA and SEC, I deal with those agencies all the time and stay VERY transparent. Also, I and the companies have our own FINRA filing account and "back office" membership for filing corporate actions, such as dividends.
Some of you may get impatient, and in some cases post lies and nonsense that serves no real purpose, because FINRA reads those as well and they KNOW and SEE my posts and actions. So why would I lie and cause myself HUGE legal issues???? Especially, when I'm the one who originated this "voluntary" dividend?
Anyway, its done, we have our payment confirmation and "pay out date", which we will announce on PR tomorrow, on both BDGR and PRPM PR"s.
Stay tuned, and as I promised, the countdown started today!
