$SPQS is aware of an organized short selling campaign. The shortseller is using a standard disclaimer clause to make false allegations. We can't be more clear NO REVERSE SPLIT!!!


Reverse Split in filing is not a standard disclaimer! LOL. But we can flip and make money.
