Smart sell of shares IMO. After languishing below $1.00 for years they sold a small amount of shares and banked ten times what they'd make in working capital just a few weeks earlier.

LWLG still has a tight float, is cash flush, is hiring more employees, is working on PDK's and has a revolutionary product.
