There's a lie right on Slide 3..."Proof of Concept". Nope. Not even close.

Slide 7...SHMP goes from "Zero Liquid Discharge" to...oh, we'll let the local water treatment plant handle it. That's not ZERO DISCHARGE.

Slide 8..."match" the price price of imported black tiger prawns. Ummm...how big are those prawns again? And SHMP said a 25% to 30% premium over frozen, and shows a graph where "frozen" is less than $6 a pound. Not good for SHMP.

Slide 9...EC produces an oxidative water chemistry, not an "anti-oxidative" chemistry. Hydrenesis is the "tech" that claims anti-oxidative. SHMP...get your story straight.

Slide 10...Hydrogas and RLS...back to Hydrenesis again. Oh, BTW, RLS is NOT a registered trademark for whatever SHMP says it is.

Slide 11...who is SHMP gonna get to truck those shrimp 400 miles?

Slide 14...it's all about the "testing" in Iowa. Not production.

Slide 16..."Numerous sales channel partners in place" BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Name one.

Slide 18...another pipe dream.

Slide 19...another 'nother pipe dream. Oh...and no mention of how SHMP needs to finance all these costs for the foreseeable future. And 20-count shrimp? Really?

And lastly...absolutely no mention of the uplist SHMP says is coming...and no mention of the ~20:1 R/S that will be necessary for SHMP to even consider an uplist.
