These are the questions I sent to Henry. Edited to remove my personal information. Hopefully I worded them correctly.

Greetings Henry. First off congratulations on obtaining current status for PHI Group. I imagine the journey was long, but very rewarding for PHI Group and it’s shareholders. I’d like to pass on a few proposed areas of discussion for today’s CC. I unfortunately can not attend the Zoom call due to my job commitments.

1. Where are we at for share buy back initiative? How many shares have already been bought? When can we expect to see an update (reduction) on the share structure on OTCMarkets.com? This topic is by far the most discussed in all the forums I monitor so I think it is the most important.

2. On the the latest 10Q and as you know there are entities that have come on board with investment agreements totaling $1B USD but PHI Group has not received anything as of this filing. Have we received any investments as of today? Can you comment when we will see some investments?
