IMO dividends happen when they actually happen. As I understand FINRA is the decider... and ultimately the one blamed.

Just look at how many name and ticker symbol changes he has announced-- Luxuriant Holdings, Marijuana Venture Capital (MJVC)Inc, EVAP. Each was changed with the SOS and ballyhooed as being a big game changer... but each eventually reverted back to their old names ( Protek, Sutimco & AURI respectively) after FINRA rejected them. It's all in the SOS filing "history" of each.

3D Entertainment Holdings Inc. (TDEY) was changed To: Oak River Technology Inc. then back again. Later Eddie changed it from 3D Entertainment Holdings Inc. to 3D Eye Solutions. Thru all this the ticker symbol remained TDEY. Eventually the ticker was acquired by his old lawyer in a reverse merger and changed BY THEM to JMD Properties Inc and FINRA approved a ticker change to JMDP. They offloaded the ticker in September to another company who again succeeded in getting the symbol changed...something Mr. Vakser never could get FINRA to approve
