Maybe ask Eddie to explain why they failed? Then tell what's supposedly different this time.

Encouraging people to buy shares of one of his tickers in order to get freebies of another --then blame the failure on FINRA...

Worth noting the CEO has refused to disclose how many shares of PRPM HE owns. Recent filings have been scrubbed clean of all activity he and Luther Jeffries engaged in when they took over from Robert Zysblast and Owen Dukes. To read them now it's like he hasn't been involved for the past 7 years. One has to go back to his 2015 filings to get those details.
