Important to remember that there are 3 parties in the DJO Deal

The original Contract was with Scott Specialties. Scott brought DJO in for marketing under the DonJoy brand which is much more widely known than the Scott brand.

Sounded like a great move for everybody & then the Pandemic effects got real making all businesses revaluate their plans and their ability to conduct business.

I spoke to a Manager at SAI at the end of February. They were planning on a March launch and here we are in July still waiting. BIEL never officially acknowledged the deal but the FDA Establishment Registration Device Listing confirms them as a BIEL Repackager & post 257713 shows the SAI Cut Sheets for 10 products.

My point is this, the Pandemic slowed the execution of BIEL's OEM Partners. KT, a smaller company than DJO and SAI, has done an amazing job in promoting the Wave with their Athletes and expanding into the UK.

IMO the other BIEL Partners will get it together and soon have their own 'Powerd By ActiPatch' success stories.
