For those that are asking why I believe that there will be a first distribution on or before August 1st? I think you are to look to the form (cash) first distribution and stock second distribution, COOP Stock.

Part of the payoff will be in the cash escrow if those that get cash buy COOP and almost assure an upside movement when KKR brings on the mergers after August 1st to COOP. This will also lend stability to COOP and reward on the upside. For that reason,

I have found the following cash raise for July of 7/20 and 7/21 as well as this week.

For those that believe that this is for normal Banking operations , I think not. IMO
