Interestingly enough, all of my colleagues (including myself) have already covered our initial investments last fall. Just because you are positive about a company like this, the prudent thing is to make sure you are playing with house money when your initial investment has gone up as much as this company did.

I am currently creating a new position in this company, so I can keep the size of my initial investment post TLD, when my initial investment has become long term gain for tax purposes. So I will liquidate that original position post TLD and keep this new position for the long haul.
