I am in complete agreement with you on your assessment of the actions of Paulson, Geithner, Sheila during the financial crisis....remember Paulson was from Goldman, and he hated Richard Fuld, who was the CEO of Lehman, Bros......Paulson let him fall, because he hated Fuld... now we know the story, but where are the assets that were taken from the bank, and WMIH....here are the dots:... WMI cancels the stock in Wamu......FDIC lets JPM evaluate the values of the assets of the bank, there was never a record of what JPM paid for the banking assets, except the 1.89 billion dollars... was that a down payment after the values had been determined by JPM, or the total for the whole banking system?...why was Justin Nelson forbidden to enter into the record the value of the MBS ?....why did Dimon make his famous 30 billion dollar find in the banking side of the receivership?... how did Bray magically board 65 billion in new servicing rights, with no fee to obtain them?...why are hedge funds holding escrow been silent all these years...the Trust managed by Kosturos said the value was 614 million (A-L) of WMI as of Dec 31, 2017... if the Trust has more, where is it... is there a second Trust holding the assets that were redacted in court, and thats where the payoff will come from?... where are these so called Trust supported assets that AZ Cowboy talks about?... where can we find them? these are questions that should be answered before anyone claims that assets are returning to the estate, don't you think, it is better to answer these questions , than to hope that these thieves controlling the money will gratuitously return it to escrow claimants without any attorney to represent their interests?...
