There is LOTS more to say about my phone conversation with Kevin West this morning. I have been slammed by very nasty messages from the Urban sheep who cannot believe what has happened.

My advice is to call Kevin. I promise you he isn't in any BOD meetings since our acting CEO has NEVER participated in a single BOD meeting yet.

Urban has him as ill informed as we are, and I think old Kevin is getting tired of playing the idiot to Urban's game.

Ask yourself this question, why can't our new CEO sign "company" checks ? Why doesn't our new CEO have access to our company bank account records ? Perhaps there is NO company checking account to speak of ? Anyone know of a CMKX bank account ? There are plenty of UAJC Irrevocable trust accounts, but why not a single CMKX bank account ? Where are the company corporate minutes required by law ? How can someone be the acting CEO and not be allowed ANY access to real company records ?


TO THE SHEEP, please keep your private messages to yourself. Focus your anger at Urban and NOT AT ME.

Go call Kevin for yourself, he IS returning phone calls. Kevin made it real clear that he is trying his best to answer THOUSANDS of phone calls in his log. He WILL call you back. I do respect him for that.
