Mike, how will you fund your acquisitions?
Xcelerate, Inc. (OTC: XCRT) announced June 10 it has signed two investment banking agreements with a leading New York-based investment banking firm to assist in sourcing capital. (The investment banking firm was founded in the late 1980's, is one of the oldest in the United States, a full-service broker-dealer employing over 300 people. The firm manages funds with over $2.8 Billion of retail accounts, nearly 100 registered representatives and 50 investment advisors in ten offices.)
Mike, how are you feeling about your NY investment banking firm Mike?
The Company's chairman and chief executive officer, Michael O'Shea, said, "We are exceedingly pleased to establish this relationship with such a prestigious firm, which validates our business plan. We expect the assistance of this well-established investment banker will accelerate our growth. We have launched an aggressive acquisition program and have begun due diligence on several acquisition targets. Our management believes we can satisfy the conditions in our investment banking agreement."
What are you currently working on Mike with your team?
Management has been diligently reviewing potential acquisition candidates over the past month," said O'Shea. "While we have no definitive agreement to acquire a company at this time, we remain optimistic that our efforts will be successful in the near future
Mike, what steps will you then take after your 1st of many acquisitions?
We then plan on filing a registration statement with the SEC and thereafter, uplisting to OTCQB or QX, with the ultimate goal of uplisting to a national exchange. Hopefully, our recent relationship with a nationally-recognized investment banker will assist in this plan; their last three transactions resulted in uplistings to NASDAQ. As always, we intend to keep the investing public fully informed about all important Company developments as events warrant."
Mike, can you share a little about one of your advisory board members. Why did you consider Dr. Barry Marshall and do you plan to target a global audience?
Dr. Marshall's contributions to Xcelerate's operations have already been extraordinary and we look forward to our Nobel Prize winner getting much more worldwide media exposure that can maximize our messaging to the investment and medical communities," said Xcelerate CEO and Director Michael O'Shea.
Mike, one last question for now, that many current & potential new investors have for you. Trading volume has been a little light leading up to your 1st of many acquisitions.
