They control the dialog and the purse strings in DC. Not suggesting they're policies are correct or sound just following the investment trail. If the politicians in DC proclaim that self sufficiency in raw materials in the EV economy is their goal, unless I'm mistaken, someone is going to end up digging holes in the ground, with the blessing of the current political crop....
